Login

Once the installation of EasyTradez is complete, you will need to create your login credentials through a short First Time Login process. You would have received your client code in an email from EasyTradez.

First Time Login

Step 1: Click on First Time Login highlighted in the image below.

Step 2: You will have to enter the Common Client Code which you would have received in an email from EasyTradez. After entering UCC you are required to enter the registered mobile number on which you will receive a 6 digit OTP as shown in the image below:

Step 3 : Enter the 6 digit OTP which you have received on your registered mobile number. The OTP will be valid for 3 minutes(180 seconds)

Step 4 : EasyTradez allows its users to create their own Login Id. A password needs to be set by you, which should be 8-15 string alphanumeric. You have to re-enter the same password for confirmation. As you can see EasyTradez has a secure login for which it follows 2 factor authentication. You have to enter a 4 digit M-Pin which will you will need to enter every time you login into the EasyTradez app.

Step 5 : After entering the required fields a success message will pop up as shown in the image below:

Step 6: After completing the First Time Login process, you can login to the EasyTradez App, where you have to enter the Login Id and password which was created by you in First Time Login process. Post that click on Login.

Step 7: As an authentication measure, you now have to enter the 4 digit M-Pin which was created in First Time Login process and after entering the M-Pin in the required field, click on Continue as shown in the image below.

After successful login, the below shown screen appears with a message of your password validity. Your password will be valid for a period of 180 days from the date you have logged in to the app for the first time.
Forgot Password?

If you’ve entered your password or M-pin incorrectly 3 times and you try logging in with the incorrect details for the 4th time, your account will be blocked. You can reset your password by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1 : Click on Forgot your password? highlighted in the image below:

Step 2 : Enter the login id and the registered mobile number and click on Next as shown in the image below:

Step 3 : You will receive 6 digit OTP on the Registered mobile number which you need to enter in the given space.The OTP will be valid for 3 minutes (180 seconds).

Step 4 : You can now create a new 8-15 string alphanumeric password. For confirmation you have to re-enter the password and click on Done.

Step 5 : A confirmation message will pop up on creating a new password successfully. Look at the image below.
Forgot M-pin?

If you have forgotten the 2 Factor Authentication M-Pin you will not be able to login. You can reset your M-PIN by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1 : Click on Forgot M-Pin

Step 2 : After clicking on forgot M-Pin you will be asked to enter the Login id and the Registered mobile number as shown in the image below :

Step 3: You will receive 6 digit OTP on the Registered mobile number which you need to enter in the given space. The OTP will be valid for 3 minutes (180 seconds).

Step 4 : You can now create a new M-Pin. For confirmation you have to re-enter the M-Pin and click on submit.

Step 5 : A confirmation message will pop up on creating a new M-Pin successfully.
Marketwatch

market watch is the screen where you can add items from stocks/commodities/F&O/currencies and track live prices of the same. You can use these market watchlists to monitor specific stocks that you are interested in, across different sectors and industries. You can click on the scrips in the market watch to see other details of a scrip apart from Price and Percentage Change in Price.

Add Scrips

You can create new watchlists and add scrips into them in the following manner:

Step 1 : To create a new watchlist, click on “+New Watchlist”. The screen looks as the image below:

Step 2: Type the name of the Watchlist and click on add item.

Step 3: In the next page you will find three options – index, stock and currency. Click on one of them and write the name of the stock/index/currency in the search bar. Select the stock/index/currency that you wish to add.

For example, to add the Tatacoffee scrip, click on Stock in the header panel , then click Cash. Type the scrip name, then select the Tatacoffee scrip and click on Done button.

Index Futures/Options and Currency Futures/Options can be added to the watchlist in the same manner, except that one needs to select Index & Currency in the header panel to search for Index & Currency respectively.

Step 4: Click on “+” to add new scrips in the existing watchlist. Click on edit icon to rearrange, delete or move scrips from one watchlist to another.

The below message appears on successfully adding scrips into the newly created watchlist.

Delete Scrips

You can delete the watchlist by clicking the delete icon next to it.

To delete/rearrange or move individual scrips from your watchlist, click on edit icon as highlighted in the image below, a pop up appears where you can select the required option.
Buy/Sell scrips from Marketwatch

Click on the scrip in the Marketwatch to view the detail scrip page.

You can buy/sell from this page by clicking Buy or Sell as shown in the image above.
Menu

By clicking on the Easy Tradez logo the menu bar appears.User will have access to all important links from the menu. By clicking on Account Summary the you can get information of your investments and reports give you access to all transactions during the statement period. By clicking on Valuation, a detail valuation of your portfolio can be seen. Refer to the image given below
Quick Search

Click on the search icon to search a particular scrip/index or currency and directly buy or sell.

Suppose you wish to search for HDFCAMC in stock (Cash). Enter the name of the scrip in the search bar. This is shown in the image below.

Clicking on the scrip in the above screen which will lead the user to the scrip detail page from where one can buy or sell.

One can search for Index and Currency in a similar manner as shown in images below:
Order Book

Order book shows pending orders.Access the order book by clicking on portfolio icon on the footer panel.

By clicking on the row of the scrip the user can modify/cancel a particular order.

By clicking on the ‘i’ Icon the user can view the order detail page.
Modify or Cancel Order

Modify or Cancel all pending orders by tapping on particular order in the order book as explained in Section 5.

The screen appears as below, where you can either modify your order, by creating a modification in any of the order fields, or cancel the order.
Net Position

As we trade, it becomes essential for us to monitor our positions regularly.

With EasyTradez this is a piece of cake. Just tap on Net Position and you will be directed to a screen which shows you all your positions. View net positions by clicking on “Portfolio” icon on the footer panel. By clicking on account summary the user can go to account summary page. By clicking on the arrow the user can got to the order detail screen.If the user wants to square off the position the user can click on the 2 arrows to square off.

The user has an option to filter the positions for types of market segments and duration. Kindly refer images below:
Trade Book

Trade book shows all your executed orders. View trade book by clicking on “Portfolio” icon on the footer panel. By clicking on the arrow the user can view the trade details.

Clicking on a particular scrip gives a detailed timeline of the scrip purchased or sold.

Order Placement

You can buy or sell scrips from your watchlists or directly by clicking on the quick search icon (as explained in Section 4)

You can buy or sell scrips from your watchlists.

Long tap on scrips will open up the buy and sell pop-up as shown in the image below. Click on buy/sell and you will be directed to the order placement page.

Short press on the scrip, will lead you to the market depth window where you can select the exchange and on clicking buy and sell button from this window, you will be directed to the order placement page which is shown in the image below.

You can buy and sell scrips from the trade book and net position as well. In the Net Position, click on the one-sided arrow on the scrip name to buy/sell. Kindly refer images below:

By clicking on the D on the trade screen the user can go view the market depth of the scrip.

Market depth gives the best 5 bids and offers and also the Statistics of the scrip shown in the images below:

Select Order Type

Limit (LMT) order

Place buy or sell order at a predetermined price

Market (MKT) order

Place an order to be bought or sold at the best available price

Stop loss and Stop loss (Market) order

Stoploss if placing a predetermined loss booking order at a trigger price.

Trigger if using this type of order to enter a fresh buy above the current market price or sell below the current market price when the trigger price is hit.

SL if limit order to be sent when trigger is hit. SL-M if a market order to be sent when trigger is hit. For guaranteed execution, always use SL-M.

Trigger price should not be greater than or equal to actual price for SL buy order

Trigger price should not be less than or equal to actual price for SL sell order

Select Time in Force

Day – Day orders for orders to be valid till end of day (selected by default)

IOC (Immediate or cancel) – In IOC, all or part of the order are executed immediately and the unfilled parts of the order are cancelled.

AMO (After Market Orders) – This feature allows the user to place orders beyond market hours. All accumulated orders will be sent to the stock exchange when the market opens on the next trading day.

Enter the quantity, price and disclosed quantity and then click on trade button. You will get a order confirmation message. Your can check your order status in the Activity Log.

10.Activity Log

Access the Activity tab from any window by clicking on the bell icon on the top right corner of the header panel. In Activity Log there are three sections – Order, Trade, Exchange Messages and General.

Order tab shows order updates – completed, confirmed, cancelled, rejected and modified.

Trade shows all completed orders. Exchange Messages shows all messages from the stock exchange

General shows all general messages related to orders and trades. Kindly refer images below:
